CCNG Realty has been active in Central Texas real estate since 1998. To date we have purchased and sold over 2,000 acres of land in Western Travis County, near the City of Bee Cave. We are very proud of our record of creating environmentally sensitive and sustainable developments with cooperation from our local municipalities and the environmental community.

Our initial development was the Spanish Oaks Project located just west of downtown Austin, Texas, near the City of Bee Cave. In 1998, CCNG Realty began the acquisition of raw land, secured the entitlement rights, successfully developed the infrastructure, and residential and golf course improvements. A component of the long-term vision and business plan was a real estate brokerage. We knew when the timing was right, a brokerage separate and apart from the development sales effort would be needed to help property owners buy, sell and trade their assets. This lead us to form Spanish Oaks Realty.

Our investment and development philosophy is to actively engage community stakeholders while planning our developments to achieve sustainable, compatible land use solutions. CCNG Realty played a significant role in the placement of over 920 acres of permanent preserve land in western Travis County. This land serves as crucial endangered species habitat and water quality protection in the Barton Springs Contributing Zone.

Our current projects, in various phases of planning and development, include several residential projects, a retail project, and a mixed use development, all located in the area surrounding Austin, Texas.
