Daniel Porter   Chairman and CEO

Daniel Porter began the Spanish Oaks Project in the summer of 1998 with the vision of creating a private golf course community in Central Texas that would capture and preserve the natural environmental beauty of the land and provide a sustainable, unparalleled quality of life for future residents. His vision has been realized. In 1982 Daniel Porter formed a natural gas pipe-line company to participate in the midstream natural gas business in South Texas. The gas pipe-line was developed into a full service regional natural gas pipe-line company. The company was sold to Shell Oil Company in March, 1998. Daniel Porter remains active in the energy sector. Daniel Porter received a BS degree in marketing from the University of Houston in 1979.

Kelley Cloud   Executive Vice President

Kelley Cloud has been with CCNG Realty since its inception and directs legal, finance/accounting and administration. Prior to the inception of CCNG Realty, she worked with Daniel Porter in the natural gas pipeline company and continues to oversee energy sector activities.

Jack Creveling   Vice President

Jack Creveling has over 10 years of professional experience, including strategic planning and oversight in the development of Spanish Oaks, since 1999. Mr. Creveling was instrumental in negotiating and documenting the entitlements and utility agreements and assisted in the planning and development of the regional utility system for Spanish Oaks and the Village of Bee Cave. Mr. Creveling also co-established and manages Spanish Oaks Master Builder, a semi-custom home building company. Previously, Mr. Creveling worked as an analyst for Cushman Realty where his focus was on sales of investment grade office properties from $10 to $50 million. Mr. Creveling came to CCNG in September of 1999 after completing his Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver. Jack completed his Bachelor of Arts in the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin in 1996.

Scott Michaels   Development Manager

Scott Michaels oversees the development and sales process of single family lots, condominiums, commercial and mixed use development. He is also involved in conducting due diligence, approval, project planning, site acquisition and conceptual design process associated with the development of newly acquired properties into specific business environments and/or residential communities. Prior to joining CCNG, Scott was General Sales Manger of Sun Devil Sports Marketing where he was responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activity. Scott received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. Mr. Michaels is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors.
